Our project development process is based on a Global Delivery Model (GDM). This working methodology maximizes adherence to customer requirements, through optimum use of resources.
As per the model, the work is distributed amongst three locations to optimally use all available resources.
- On-Site Work - Takes place at the client site
- Off-Site - Takes place near the site
- Off-Shore - Conducted at our development centers in India.
